In this universe,it is rare to find a person who had not faced stress in life at some point of his life. Life is like roller coaster of emotions for everyone. Some time we win ,some time we fail. Life moves in zig Zag motion , it is not smooth,rough phases , tedious way comes in every one's life . So its is natural, stress comes in play often and envitable
What is stress, in physics language , it is disformant force. This can produce strain in any physical object. In human it is emotional strain . Our brain is our best asset. When it comes, brain feels pain, inability to work smoothly. Enxiety and restless may be witnessed. If it is not treated, it may go in more deep may be turned into depression.
Prolonged depression may be serious to someone life. It is need of hour, we should understand, why does it come who may be victim of this.
Why does stress come? Million dollar question.
Whenever there is a difference in desires and its fulfillment, stress will come and play a role.
When we have monotonous and hectic life.
Chronic failures in life. Braking heart due someone who demise or broken relationship may cause stress and depression. Work pressure is also create heavy stress in our life. There are thousand of reasons may exist for this.
I am not going in statistics of this, but it is true millions people of world wide are suffering from some kind stress and depression. Covid-19 has increased its magnitude in new high scale. Job losses , unablity to fulfill their daily need, these all are causing serious stress and getting converted into depression. Wishes, need and demand and unablity to fulfilment of these are real cases of stress and depression. So let talk how can we get rid of this serious problem.
Accept you have this. Find out what are the key resons for this. If you are able to figure out, work on it. Meet your friends, discuss about how you are feeling. Discuss with your parents. If not sorted out. Take help from counceller and recognised physician for this purpose.

Before getting in this business, You must have basic knowledge about this, what the profession all abouts. Which kinds of skills and acumens are required.
Judge youself with out any bious. Acknowledge your abilities which are matching with needed skills set. You will be winer if gets right answer.
Working pressure.
Do your work at right time , do not go in habit of working next day. Today's work must be done today. Pile of work make you in stress. Use time management skills. Do not raise unexpected expection. Love your self, take leave, three or four day in a month excluding Sunday.
Broken hearts π
Accept something has gone wrong. Love is central station of every life . If something gets wrong here, the level of pain can not described. Stress level could not be mesusred.
Relise, it is actual, weep and cry as much as you can, Give some time to yourself . It was precious but it is over. Disconnect with them
Delete his/ her number. Engage your self in some other activity, Go to travel for few weeks and forget past , Start a new journey, please don't repeat mistake again. Have happy life and without stress.
Exam pressure
Getting good marks and getting in good place are key aspiration of every student. We work hard for this. We study the whole subjects ..
We feel , What would happen if , I would not able to answer these questions. There would be question running wild in one's mind. No exam can judge you fully. What would happen if some questions would be left. Be confident you can answer any of them . You need to be little smart in that only. You need to have attitude, You would able to find a good place for in every circumstances. No need to mug up the subject. Do hard wark, understand as per your capabilities. Leave rest for almighty God. You will able to enjoy your studies.
On the face of it , I would like say, balance your desires, Do hard work for your need not for desires. Be social, meet your friends.
Meet your family members. Enjoy weekend, make plans to visit some interesting place in every quarter, or atleast ones in year. Work with Passion. If you follow these hope stress will never dare to reach you.
