Ben q is construction company having more than seven branches in country side. Head office is far away from these centres.

Company  is facing data handling issue in big scale . It is casting to company in term of decision making and finence too

Company have fax machines to send documents to head office where riya is putting all data in related software.

Abhay Singh is generating all required report to provide these to manager rakesh. He is responsible to submit these to decision making body.

New fax machines could be purchased for every centers this will not cost much to company as per Rakesh

Second ,  New data oprators can be hired for putting data on software as per Riya

Third Solution

A web based integrated system can be installed in every Centre , so data can be intered on real time. This suggestion came from Abhay Singh

I have gone through these all solution

If  I choose first 1 

we have to purchase many fax machines and there is no any guarantee how long these will work for us . it will find same as this time we have. 

So it is outdated solution for company

When we talk about second it is also not very practical , as it will cast to company and not providing complete solution to company

Third Solution is looking promising as it  gives complete slution and we have to invest one time in. further we have to pay maintenance cast only .

I will go for third. Mr Abhay is given vacation card for singapur for his innovative suggestion.
